Humanity Foundation Kenya began in 2019 with one school, twelve pupils and four volunteer mentors. The belief was simple: primary school is where confidence, habits and hope take root, and every child deserves an adult who shows up for them there.
Empower primary school pupils to learn, lead and thrive.
We work inside schools, not around them. Every pupil in our programmes has a consistent, trained mentor and a place in our clubs across the whole school year, so relationships and progress build over time.
We are youth-led and community-rooted. The people running clubs are from the neighbourhoods they serve, and programmes are designed with teachers and families, then measured, and changed when they fall short.
